Responsibilities include reviewing, verifying, coding and posting invoices; ensuring compliance with internal policies and tax regulations; resolving invoice discrepancies in collaboration with suppliers and internal departments; executing and monitoring payment runs; maintaining and reconciling supplier accounts; supporting month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings; contributing to the optimization and automation of accounts payable processes; supporting internal and external audits.
