The Position

Our Company is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and evolution of our Databricks-based platform that powers analytics, insights, and AI solutions across the organization.

The platform contains dozens of data sources and thousands of tables. Your mission will be to transform this complex landscape into a portfolio of trusted, reusable, and discoverable data products that enable business users and AI solutions to unlock the full value of The Company’s data.

What will you do?

Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for our Databricks-based platform.

Partner with business stakeholders to understand data needs and prioritize investments that deliver measurable value.

Drive the transition from raw datasets to governed, high-quality, reusable data products.

Improve data discoverability, quality, consistency, metadata, lineage, and usability.

Enable advanced analytics, machine learning, and generative AI by ensuring data is complete, accurate, trusted, and AI-ready.

Collaborate closely with data engineers, architects, software engineers, and data governance teams.

Measure product success through adoption, user satisfaction, business outcomes, and operational efficiency.

Communicate product strategy, priorities, and progress to stakeholders across business and technology organizations.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required

Early-career Product Manager, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar experience.

Passion for data, analytics, and AI-driven innovation.

Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.

Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding modern data platforms.

Familiarity with Databricks, cloud data platforms, Agile delivery, or data management concepts is a plus.
