Junior Sous Chef in Saudi Arabia (Hotel-Kitchen). Experience in Oriental cuisine preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. Basic knowledge of food cost and kitchen operations. Good understanding of an à la carte service. Ability to support the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations. Strong willingness to learn and grow within the team. Good communication and teamwork skills.
