Junior Sous Chef Mon to Fri  – BM Caterers

Location: London - White City   Salary: £38,000 per annum   Contract: Full time 40 hours per week

We’re looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support our kitchen operation and help deliver exceptional food every day.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a chef who enjoys leading by example, working closely with the Head Chef and bringing creativity, consistency and energy to the kitchen.

Job Description

What you’ll be doing

Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen

Helping deliver high-quality food within budget and service targets

Contributing to menu planning and food innovation

Maintaining food safety, health and safety, COSHH and HACCP standards

Supporting and guiding junior team members

Helping manage kitchen organisation and standards

Stepping up in the Head Chef’s absence when needed

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

Experience in a similar chef role

Passion for food and continuous improvement

Strong organisation and communication skills

A calm, positive approach under pressure

Ability to support and develop others

Strong food safety and kitchen knowledge
