We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support our growing organization by delivering an engaging, high‑quality recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire talent that helps Emerson innovate and grow—while continuing to build your own expertise in a supportive, people‑first environment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, from intake to offer
Source and engage candidates through multiple channels, including direct sourcing and employer branding initiatives
Screen and interview candidates, ensuring a fair, consistent, and inclusive selection process
Provide a positive and transparent candidate experience throughout the hiring journe
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and hiring decisions in collaboration with stakeholders
Support offer preparation and hiring decisions in line with company guidelines
Maintain accurate data and documentation in recruitment systems
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team

For This Role, You Will Need:
Initial professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or a related field (up to 3 years)
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
The ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at different levels
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort working with multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
A genuine interest in people, hiring, and business partnership
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Experience working in an in‑house or agency recruitment environment
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment tools
Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, or professional roles
Interest in data‑driven recruitment and process improvement
