Junior Team Member - Manufacturing

Location: IN Chennai

Job Title:Junior Team Member - Manufacturing

Summary:To support the manufacturing by adhering to the production plans and achieving the desired results in the shop floor

Responsibilities Include: Support execution of daily shop floor operations in alignment with production schedules

Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

Ensure safe handling and movement of materials within the chemical process plant

Comply with all Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and Quality protocols

Collaborate cross-functionally with:

Maintenance for equipment availability

Warehouse for raw material and finished goods movement

Quality for product clearance and compliance

Qualifications: The following are required for the role

Diploma in Chemical, Petrochemical, or Polymer Technology

0–3 years of hands-on experience in chemical or process manufacturing industries

Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational discipline

Team player with good communication and coordination skills
