The Junior Trader, Equity Capital Markets role supports the Head of Equity Capital Markets in identifying, evaluating, and executing public equity capital markets transactions across the firm’s portfolios, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, block trades, convertible offerings, and other equity financing events. The role partners with portfolio managers, research analysts, traders, investment banks, and financial sponsors to provide market intelligence, transaction execution, and relationship management, with a path toward independent ECM leadership.
