Full-time L3 Fryer Op Trainee in Boardman, OR. Monitors and controls blanchers, dryers, and fryers to meet product specs, oil quality, and process targets. Responsible for temperature and time controls, oil management, testing (FFA, color, SAPP, salt), line upkeep, and following SSOPs. Uses computer touchscreens for monitoring, may require forklift operation, and performs various assigned duties with safety PPE as needed.
