Maintenance Engineering Intern - Summer 2027 - Campus Recruiting (Multiple Locations)

Maintenance Engineering Intern/Co-op at Hormel Foods. Internship or 6-month co-op at one of multiple US production facilities, including Austin MN, Dubuque IA, Osceola IA, Wichita KS, Rochelle IL, Omaha NE, Faribault MN, Melrose MN, and Willmar MN. Responsibilities include assisting with maintenance engineering, reliability improvements, plant system design, and supervising maintenance personnel on a relief basis. Requires enrollment in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related engineering program; US work authorization; no visa sponsorship. Compensation includes base pay of $24-$27 per hour, plus paid housing allowance, expense reimbursement, 401k match, and paid time off. Duration: 10 weeks full-time internship or 6-month full-time co-op starting late May.
