Production Management Intern position (Summer 2027) onsite at multiple U.S. locations (e.g., Austin MN, Beloit WI, Nevada IA, Long Prairie/Browerville MN, Dubuque IA, Rochelle IL, Papillion NE, Willmar MN, Wichita KS). 40 hours/week for 10–12 weeks, starting late May into early August. Must graduate Aug 2027, Dec 2027, or May 2028. Responsibilities include gaining frontline exposure similar to a full-time Team Leader, reviewing production processes, assisting with performance optimization, documenting roles, and supervising 15–30 staff with hands-on production involvement (~80% on the floor). Compensation includes $24.50/hour paid weekly, housing assistance or company housing, relocation reimbursement, expenses reimbursement, 401(k) with match, PTO, and opportunities for future internships or full-time roles. No remote internship; requires work authorization in the United States and willingness to relocate.
