About the Opportunity: About the Internship Program

The Life Fitness / Hammer Strength Internship Program 2027 is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience that supports both professional development and business impact. Throughout the 12-week program, interns work on high-impact projects, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and gain exposure to a variety of business functions.

This role will support the global marketing organization through a strategic analytics project focused on creating a centralized view of marketing performance data. The intern will help transform data into actionable insights while exploring emerging AI tools and gaining exposure to multiple areas of marketing.

Location: Global HQ – Rosemont, IL (Hybrid) Schedule:

• In-Office: Tuesday – Thursday

• Remote: Monday & Friday

As our Marketing Analytics Intern, you will:

Build and enhance dashboards that consolidate data from multiple marketing platforms and reporting sources.

Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.

Create reports and visualizations that support data-driven decision making across the marketing organization.

Partner with marketing leaders to improve access to key business and campaign performance metrics.

Explore AI and automation tools that enhance reporting, analytics, and marketing effectiveness.

Gain exposure to a variety of marketing disciplines, including communications, content, social media, digital marketing, and campaign strategy.

Participate in a 12-week cross-functional case study project, culminating in a presentation to senior leaders.

What Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is looking for in our Marketing Analytics Intern:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, graduating in 2028 or 2029.

Preferred candidates will have a minor or concentration in Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a similar field.

Experience using AI tools, data visualization platforms, and analytical technologies to solve problems and generate insights is preferred.

At Life Fitness / Hammer Strength, we believe in taking care of our team with a comprehensive total rewards package that includes competitive pay and a range of valuable benefits. The base wage range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $19.00 - $23.00 per hour and includes eligibility for overtime. The actual base pay will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities. The range reflected is based on a primary work location of Rosemont, IL and the actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength provides a valuable and enriching experience for interns. Depending on the length and timing of their internship, interns may qualify for paid holidays during their assignment. They are also eligible for paid sick leave as outlined by state and local laws. Eligibility for all benefits is determined by the applicable plan documents and company policies.
