Additionally, we are looking for students who are:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree/or equivalent in Product Design, Fashion Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Textiles, Fashion Management, or a related field

Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Foster effective teamwork, act with courage, embraces change, and continuously growing through feedback, reflection and an athlete mindset

Demonstrate curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply new tools responsibly

Passionate about creativity, design, sport, and culture

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST

Be enrolled as a student for the full duration of the internship at a university or higher education institution

Be available for a full-time, six-month internship, starting on 1 February 2027

Be able to work in a hybrid model, spending three days per week at our Nike Inc EHQ Campus (Colosseum 1, 1213 Hilversum, Netherlands) and two days from home

You are currently enrolled in a full-time study program at a Dutch university (HBO or WO level), regardless of your nationality OR You hold EU/EEA citizenship and are enrolled in a university outside the Netherlands

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a Product Design & Creation Intern, you'll help bring innovative products and experiences to life for athletes* and consumers. Internship opportunities are available across Product Design and Product Creation, where you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the future of footwear and apparel for the EMEA marketplace.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

Support the design and creation of footwear and apparel products, from concept to launch

Contribute consumer, athlete*, and marketplace insights to inform product opportunities and seasonal strategies

Collaborate with Design, Product Management, Development, and Merchandising teams throughout the product creation process

Support product presentations, sample reviews, and other tools that enable effective decision-making

Explore new ideas, materials, and processes that enhance product innovation and consumer experiences
