Additionally, we are looking for students who are:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree/or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, Economics, or a related field

Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Foster effective teamwork, act with courage, embraces change, and continuously growing through feedback, reflection and an athlete mindset

Demonstrate curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply new tools responsibly

Strong analytical skills with an interest in optimizing processes and solving complex business challenges

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST

Be enrolled as a full-time student for the full duration of the internship at a university or higher education institution

Be available for a full-time, six-month internship, starting on 1 February 2027

Be able to work in a hybrid model, spending three days per week at our Nike Inc EHQ Campus (Colosseum 1, 1213 Hilversum, Netherlands) and two days from home

You are currently enrolled in a full-time study program at a Dutch university (HBO or WO level), regardless of your nationality OR You hold EU/EEA citizenship and are enrolled in a university outside the Netherlands

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As a Supply Chain & Operations Intern, you'll contribute to delivering a world-class supply chain that brings Nike and Converse products to consumers across EMEA. Internship opportunities are available across Nike Supply Chain & Operations and Converse Inventory Operations, where you'll help optimize processes, improve performance, and support end-to-end supply chain execution.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

Support supply chain processes and initiatives that drive operational excellence and business performance

Analyze business and operational data to identify opportunities and inform decision-making

Help manage order book activities, including order status, shipping updates, and process tracking

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply chain efficiency and scalability

Build reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for stakeholders and cross-functional teams
