Additionally, we are looking for students who are:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree/or equivalent in Business Administration, Retail Management, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field

Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Foster effective teamwork, act with courage, embraces change, and continuously growing through feedback, reflection and an athlete mindset

Demonstrate curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply new tools responsibly

Passionate about retail, consumer experiences, and driving business growth

Strong commercial and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and identify opportunities

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST

Be enrolled as a student for the full duration of the internship at a university or higher education institution

Be available for a full-time, six-month internship, starting on 1 February 2027

Be able to work in a hybrid model, spending three days per week at our Nike Inc EHQ Campus (Colosseum 1, 1213 Hilversum, Netherlands) and two days from home

You are currently enrolled in a full-time study program at a Dutch university (HBO or WO level), regardless of your nationality OR You hold EU/EEA citizenship and are enrolled in a university outside the Netherlands

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON As a Sales Intern, you'll become an integral part of one of Nike's account teams, helping drive growth and building strong partnerships across our marketplace. Internship opportunities are available across different accounts and sports, offering hands-on experience at the heart of Nike's commercial business.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

Support the development of strategies that drive growth and strengthen partner relationships

Provide insights on business performance, pricing, and marketplace opportunities

Contribute to consumer-focused initiatives that unlock growth across key consumer segments

Develop customer presentations and recommendations that support commercial objectives

Collaborate with internal and external partners through meetings, events, and account engagements
