Internships will run from mid-May to early August
Interviews and hiring decisions expect to be completed prior to mid-November, with some being completed as early as late September. Qualified candidates must be enrolled at an accredited college or university for Fall term 2027.
Accountabilities:
The Operations intern position will have two main areas of focus.
First will be to run a small Process Improvement project using Six Sigma methodology under the guidance of a team member.
Secondly, they will support day-to-day activities across processing areas and contribute to various special projects.
Assist in reviewing and revising current processes to gain efficiencies and improve quality
Provide strong documentation over processes and data analysis performed
Interns are expected to work independently and will be responsible for ownership of their portion of a project once they have been properly trained
Interns are encouraged to add value and provide recommendations for improvements to processes and systems by applying their experience and knowledge
Qualifications and Experience:
Well-rounded and self-motivated
Significant experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Proficient communication and organizational skills
Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to accomplishing tasks.
Experience with AI tools is preferred.
