Operations Intern (all genders)

Operations Intern rotates through key operational focus areas across the company, supporting staffing management, reviewing workflows/tools/SLAs, and developing/implementing improvements to efficiency, reporting, and automation (including AI where applicable). In later phases, interns work on cross-functional projects with product, medical care, tech, and marketing; opportunities to build dashboards and automate processes; requires German and English; based in Munich/Berlin with remote work opportunities depending on role.
