Polaris offers a 12-week paid Operations Internship for emerging juniors and seniors. Intern placements are in multiple US locations (Twin Cities, MN; Medina, MN; Plymouth, MN; Wyoming, MN; Huntsville, AL; Roseau, MN; Battle Ground, WA; Fernley, NV; Wilmington, OH; Vermillion, SD). Interns work on project-based assignments across Manufacturing Engineering, Direct or Indirect Sourcing, Material Flow & Logistics, Manufacturing Quality, Supplier Quality, Supplier Development, New Product Introduction, Lean Manufacturing, and Project Management. The program includes mentorship, programming hours and centralized learning sessions, networking with peers and leaders, an Innovation Challenge, Early Talent Summit Week in Wyoming, MN, and potential for a returning internship or rotational leadership development program. Polaris offers relocation assistance for interns who qualify.
