Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) internship based in Hartford, CT, with subsidized housing available for students living beyond a commutable distance from Hartford. Positions are available early June through the end of the summer. The program offers a curriculum in Operational Effectiveness & Strategy (including Process Analysis and Lean Six Sigma), Project Leadership with Agile methodologies, Data/Analytics using AI platforms, Technology & Digital Enablement to modernize business platforms, and exposure to cross-functional teams (actuarial, finance, underwriting, product).
