The Operations Management Trainee will support shop management, cost savings, customer retention, and metric-based initiatives across Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Quality, and Rental Management. The program is fast-paced and aims to develop your operations and fleet maintenance background. The company promotes from within based on performance, with an expected progression toward an Ops Supervisor. Location: Greenville, NC. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Salary: salaried and paid weekly. Relocation within the business unit is required after the training program. Benefits are provided.
