Quality Assurance Intern

Location: Gdansk, Poland Department: Students

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Intern to join our organization. This unique internship opportunity provides exposure to a diverse range of technologies, platforms, and business processes through a shared assignment across three teams: IT Service Enablement, Service Management Platform, and Enterprise IT Infrastructure Services. The Intern will support quality assurance activities by executing test cases, identifying defects, validating fixes, and maintaining testing documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This role offers hands-on experience in software testing, service management solutions, IT infrastructure technologies, and Agile delivery practices, making it an excellent opportunity to develop a broad foundation in quality assurance and enterprise IT operations.

Support manual testing of software applications.

Assist in creating and executing test cases based on business requirements.

Support the identification, documentation, and tracking of defects.

Assist in verifying defect fixes and performing regression testing.

Help maintain testing documentation and reports.

Support the identification and implementation of test automation opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes.

Collaborate with development teams to support product quality and testing efforts.

Participate in Agile development activities.

Support quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Student of Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Good problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to technical challenges.

Comfortable with communicating in English.

High level of empathy and positive basic attitude.

What will be an advantage:
