No two weeks will look the same. You might help prepare for an upcoming program, coordinate with facilitators, build participant materials, organize an offsite experience, or support a live training. You’ll work closely with team members, facilitators, vendors, and participants and get a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to create a great learning experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other productivity tools
An interest in learning and development, leadership development, employee experience, events, or program management
