Work Schedule:: Monday through Friday from 2pm - 5pm and evening/weekend hours for the run of the show.

Desired Length of Employment: This job is just for the length of Pigskin Revue 2026 from October 2026 to the beginning of November 2026

Pay Rate: $8.50/hour

Key Components:

In a student employee capacity, may perform or assist with tasks in support of client-facing events, customer service operations, and/or guest experiences under an established timeline to meet objectives in support of successfully executing events.

Perform duties and responsibilities for respective area within Performing Arts

Provide excellent customer service to clients

Assist with various projects, activities or tasks related to Performing Arts

Exhibit a willingness to take initiative and work independently and collaboratively

Ability to comply with University policies

Maintain regular and punctual attendance

Job Description:

May assist or coordinate various activities and tasks for execution of events or hospitality services

Provide excellent customer services to internal and external partners

May coordinate logistics to ensure all services are delivered on time and meet quality standards

May be a source to provide information, answer inquiries and resolve issues

May participate in meetings related to planning and coordinating events or hospitality services

May conduct presentations to provide updates to internal and external partners

May create feedback or event survey(s)

May collaborate with Marketing and Communications for branding and advertising

May identify and recommend improvements for events or hospitality services

May assist with outreach and promotion of upcoming services or events

Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission

Ability to comply with University policies

Maintain regular and punctual attendance
