Talent Acquisition Intern on-site in the Seaport District of Boston (also open to Bentonville, AR) for Summer 2027. You will schedule candidates in Greenhouse, conduct interviews across multiple roles, coordinate campus recruitment events in the Greater Boston area, build and maintain a pipeline of candidates, enhance the employer brand, work on personal projects to improve recruitment processes, and leverage Claude to support tasks. Required: full-time enrollment in an undergraduate, masters, or MBA program; ability to balance academics and extracurricular commitments; genuine interest in talent acquisition or People Operations; confidentiality; and a results-driven mindset.
