Talent Acquisition Intern program (Summer 2027) based in Reston, Virginia. US citizenship required with the ability to obtain a public trust clearance or higher. The internship teaches fundamentals of identifying and sourcing talent, reviewing candidate qualifications, maintaining recruiting data, and using research and basic analysis to support recruiting decisions; interns will collaborate with Talent Team and present results at program end; interns must commute to the office a minimum of two days per week; no summer housing provided.
