Crafted Highlights:

As a Technical Services Intern you will be part of our Early Talent Program. Our Early Talent Program is Molson Coors’ undergraduate summer internship program, where students are exposed to the beverage industry, engaged in real-world problem-solving, and immersed in social and educational opportunities with other interns. The internship is a full-time summer position from May 25 - August 6 (U.S. interns). Housing assistance is available to candidates who meet eligibility requirements. Applicants must be an undergraduate student (enrolled in undergraduate courses), during the summer internship, to participate in the Early Talent Program. Interns who successfully complete the Early Talent Program are considered for full-time positions within Molson Coors Beverage Company, upon graduation.

As an Automation, Controls & Electrical (ACE) Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to industrial automation, electrical systems, operational technology (OT), and manufacturing digitalization across one of North America's leading beverage manufacturers.

Working alongside experienced Automation, Controls & Electrical Engineers, you will support initiatives that improve system reliability, standardization, cybersecurity, and operational performance across brewery and packaging operations

What You’ll Be Brewing:

· Support the development and integration of a repeatable methodology for using digital twins to improve vertical startup performance, commissioning effectiveness, and operational reliability across packaging and warehouse projects

· Developing and improving automation standards, templates, and technical documentation.

· Supporting PLC, HMI, SCADA, historian, and network infrastructure assessments.

· Analyzing process and equipment data to identify opportunities for improved reliability, performance, and troubleshooting.

· Supporting electrical and controls capital projects through design reviews, documentation management, vendor coordination, startup preparation, and commissioning activities.

Key Ingredients:

· You are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in chemical, electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering

· Results-oriented, with a passion to learn and make a positive impact on Molson Coors’ business

· Strong communication and organizational skills, creativity in problem-solving

· High proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

· Outstanding candidates will have experience leading initiatives/projects in manufacturing environments. Data analysis and economic optimization experience are a plus.

· Time Management/work prioritization skills.
