As a Supply Chain EHS Intern, you will be part of our Early Talent Program. Our Early Talent Program is Molson Coors' undergraduate summer internship program, where students are exposed to the beverage industry, engaged in real-world problem-solving, and immersed in social and educational opportunities with other interns. The internship is a full-time summer position (U.S. interns). Housing assistance is available to candidates who meet eligibility requirements. Applicants must be an undergraduate student (enrolled in undergraduate courses), during the summer internship, to participate in the Early Talent Program. Interns who successfully complete the Early Talent Program are considered for full-time positions within Molson Coors Beverage Company, upon graduation.

You will support the Corporate Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) team, partnering with Technical Services (Engineering), Operations, and plant leadership across the Molson Coors brewery network. This role is designed for engineering students who want hands-on exposure to high hazard industrial processes — such as ammonia refrigeration, CO2 systems, boilers and pressure vessels, and confined space/electrical work — and specifically the regulatory requirements, safety controls and mitigations that keep our people safe while operating them.

What You'll Be Brewing:

Learn how high hazard industrial processes at our breweries work, including ammonia refrigeration, boilers/pressurized systems, chemical management, confined space entry, working at heights, and electrical safety/lockout-tagout (LOTO), along with the engineering and administrative controls used to manage these risks.

Support one or more projects over the summer aimed at reducing safety risk at one or more breweries — from concept and data gathering through implementation.

Participate in risk assessments, management of incidents, and safety audits, partneringpartner with corporate and plant EHS professionals and engineering teams to identify hazards and recommend mitigations.

Analyze safety data — incidents, near-misses, audit findings, and leading indicators — to identify trends and improvement opportunities across the network.

Support development and updates of safety procedures, SOPs, and training materials tied to high hazard processes.

Conduct in-person walkthroughs of critical safety systems and equipment at brewery sites, benchmarking practices across locations.

Present project results, recommendations, and key learnings to EHS and plant leadership.

Participate in meetings, training sessions, networking events, and professional development opportunities alongside other Early Talent interns.

Key Ingredients:

You are pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, electrical, industrial, safety, or a related discipline preferred).

Genuine interest in industrial safety, process safety, or occupational health — prior coursework or experience is a plus but not required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into practical recommendations.

Strong communication skills — comfortable presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

High proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Willingness to travel to brewery sites and work in an industrial manufacturing environment, following all site safety requirements.

Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
