Crafted Highlights:
As a Human Resources Intern you will be part of our Early Talent Program. Our Early Talent Program is Molson Coors’ undergraduate summer internship program, where students are exposed to the beverage industry, engaged in real-world problem-solving, and immersed in social and educational opportunities with other interns. The internship is a full-time summer position from May 3 - August 6 (Canada interns) and May 25 - August 6 (U.S. interns).
Housing assistance is available to candidates who meet eligibility requirements. Applicants must be an undergraduate student (enrolled in undergraduate courses), during the summer internship, to participate in the Early Talent Program. Interns who successfully complete the Early Talent Program are considered for full-time positions within Molson Coors Beverage Company, upon graduation.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
Identify process efficiencies within the human resources department
Collaborate with cross functional teams to contribute to HR objectives
Lead a project that could include: recruiting, inclusion & belonging, enterprise onboarding, and training initiatives
You will get exposure to and learn all facets of Human Resources which could include: recruiting, compensation and benefits, talent development, employee engagement and general HR projects and responsibilities
Key Ingredients:
You are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent fields
You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments
You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $0.00 - $0.00 (posting salary range) + 0% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
