Trainee Bus Driver (including Apprenticeship qualification) based at Stagecoach Hartlepool depot. Paid training to gain your PCV licence and achieve a Level 2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship. Training lasts ~6–8 weeks with pay during training at £13.48 per hour, rising to £15.45 per hour after one year of service. Based at Hartlepool depot (Brenda Road and Market Place). Annual earnings of £26,600 following completion of training (based on 37 hours/week as a qualified Bus Driver). Shift patterns of 4 or 5 days. Includes coverage of training costs and opportunities for overtime; pathway to progression within Stagecoach.
