Operations Management Trainee (OMT) at Tyson Foods – Waverly Plant. Develops future operational leaders through hands-on exposure to Receiving, Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and other support functions. Rotation across departments, focus on data analysis, problem-solving, safety, quality, yields, and cost optimization. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM with occasional weekend work; Travel up to 12 trips per year. Requires Associate’s degree or equivalent practical experience; preferred Bachelor’s degree. On-site location in Waverly, Nebraska.
