The Training Coordinator Intern will support the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs for Transmission System Operators and Balancing Authority Operators, including coordinating training logistics, developing simulator scenarios, creating multimedia training content, and collaborating with SMEs to enhance operator readiness in a real-time operations environment. This position starts May 31, 2027 and follows a hybrid work policy with in-person commuting to Golden, CO; full-time during the summer and part-time during the school year as applicable.
