Working Student - Content Management (f/m/d)

Your area of work

As a working student (f/m/d) you will support the team Digital Services & Initiatives within the department Client Service, Trading & Clearing significantly.

Your responsibilities:

You will will utilize AI tools to create and publish strong and engaging digital content – text, illustrations, mock-ups and videos – across all our platforms and channels (mailings, websites, closed client portal) to keep clients informed

You will maintain content across all channels and ensure a consistent and engaging user experience for our clients

You will support the distribution of content across internal and external platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery

You will assist in the creation of supporting materials such as user guides, presentations, and documentation

You will support project activities by contributing to planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives

Your profile:

You are enrolled at a university in the field of marketing (or similar) during the entire period of employment (at least 12 months)

You possess strong communication and writing skills, as well as excellent time management

You bring creativity and strategic thinking to convey complex issues in a simple and effective way

You have basic knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Canva, or similar

You demonstrate a collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn

You have very good written and spoken German and English skills (C1 mandatory)
