2027 Guardian Summer Intern, Sales Trainee - Atlanta, GA

Location: Atlanta - Regional Office

Our 2027 Summer Internship Program is a paid 10-week learning experience where you will be immersed in the daily environment of a thriving global financial services company. You will gain invaluable industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments, in addition to engaging in projects that directly affect our business, interact with senior leaders in conversational settings, and network with employees and interns across our offices. This 10-week internship provides you with realistic experiences and information of what it is like to work at Guardian.

Internship Dates: The internship program will run from Thursday, May 27, 2027- Friday, August 6, 2027.

You are: A current junior (graduation date of May 2028) who is fueled by collaboration, able to listen and make quick decisions and thrive in a goal-oriented environment.

You have:Required Qualifications

An interest in learning more about Sales and how different parts of the organization work together to achieve positive business outcomes

Strong verbal and written communication skills

The ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively in a team environment

Demonstrated curiosity, willingness to learn, and desire to continuously improve

The ability to manage time effectively, balance multiple priorities, and meet deadlines

The willingness to ask thoughtful questions, seek feedback, and take initiative in a learning-focused environment

Preferred Qualifications

The ability to influence, persuade, and communicate ideas effectively through a variety of methods

A competitive drive and motivation to achieve goals

Confidence in engaging with new people and building professional relationships

Interest in developing sales skills through client-facing, team-based, or goal-oriented experiences

You will:

Have direct exposure to working with sales teams including being out on sales calls with veteran sales representatives

Have the opportunity to work and learn from supportive leaders, mentors, and team members across the organization who will help coach you as you develop your professional career

Eligibility:

Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization. F-1 visa holders with Optional Practical Training (OPT) who will require H-1B status, TNs, or current H-1B visa holders will not be considered. H1-B and green card sponsorship are not available for this position.

Salary Range:

$20.00 - $35.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
