Tasks include analyzing and assessing existing data sources (e.g., SAP, maintenance logs, spare parts lists) for structure and data quality; feasibility study for a multi-year, machine-level spare-parts consumption analysis; design of a structured data basis for maintenance and spare parts analytics; development of an automated or semi-automated analysis (e.g., using Excel or similar tools); creation of a requirements specification for IT to implement a digital analytics tool; and visualization of results with initial recommendations to optimize maintenance and spare parts strategies. Qualifications include: studies in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Informatik, Industrial Engineering or related fields; solid data-analysis and spreadsheet skills (Excel, SQL advantageous); analytical mindset and structured, independent work; good German language skills (English advantageous); interest in maintenance processes, production systems, and data-driven optimization; and teamwork/communication abilities.
