Operational Excellence Intern at Festo Manisa: support Operational Excellence and Administrative Excellence activities, contribute to SPS implementation, drive continuous improvement, participate in Gemba walks and problem-solving, assist in data analysis, KPI tracking, dashboard development, and cross-functional collaboration. Requires enrollment in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or related field, good English, MS Office (esp. Excel/PowerPoint) and knowledge/interest in Power BI, Power Apps or Power Automate or similar tools; availability to work at least three days per week for six months.
