Job Duties:

Support initiatives that promote AI adoption, digital literacy, and innovation across the organization.

Help drive employee engagement programs focused on digital transformation and emerging technologies.

Assist in gathering, analyzing, and presenting information to help identify opportunities for improving digital readiness and AI utilization.

Contribute to communications, awareness campaigns, and learning initiatives that encourage the effective use of AI and digital tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices, success stories, and innovative approaches to digital work.

Support the creation and maintenance of digital content, knowledge-sharing resources, and employee enablement materials.

Participate in projects related to change management, user adoption, and organizational digital transformation.
