THE POSITION

Are you looking for an exciting internship experience? Our paid internship program offers real-world exposure for students interested in the live entertainment industry. Throughout the program, you’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the live event business while applying your academic knowledge to real-world situations. You’ll also strengthen your leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills along the way.

This part-time position requires 15–25 hours per week. Interns are expected to work in our Austin office Tuesday through Thursday, so please ensure your availability aligns with these days. The internship runs through the 2027 Spring semester, beginning January 19, 2027, and concluding May 6, 2027.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Assist with coordinating and reconciling staff travel for events and general business needs

Assist with reconciling travel-related invoices and expense reimbursements

Support travel data analysis and reporting

Assist with the setup, configuration, and auditing of staff- and attendee-facing technologies

Conduct market research as needed

Provide general administrative support to the team

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Learn how the Travel Department plans, implements, and automates travel services for staff

Gain experience using and implementing a variety of automation tools

Develop firsthand knowledge of event staff travel operations and logistics

Ability to bring a personal laptop to the office
