Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and help existing customers address coverage gaps.

Maintain an organized sales pipeline through consistent follow-up and CRM activity.

Build strong client relationships that encourage retention, referrals, and long-term growth.

Work toward individual production goals while contributing to overall agency success.

Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development.

Gain exposure to agency operations, business development, and the fundamentals of running a successful insurance business.

You don't need an extensive insurance background to get started. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to develop their skills.

Motivated by goals, performance, and opportunities to increase earning potential.

Comfortable initiating conversations, making outbound calls, and asking for the sale.

Confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people and building relationships.
