What You'll Do Support HR Operations

Process HR paperwork and maintain employee records.

Assist with administrative tasks that keep HR operations running smoothly.

Work with HR Technology

Support HRIS projects and system testing.

Partner with HR and IT teams to identify improvements and provide feedback on system functionality.

Contribute to Special Projects

Participate in HR initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Take on additional assignments that support team and business goals.

What You Bring Education & Experience

Pursuing or recently completed an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus.

Skills

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment.
