Responsibilities include conducting spend analysis to support strategic procurement initiatives; liaising with the Sustainability team on annual data for external audits on supply chain data; assisting in calling tenders/quotations for IT, Admin and Corporate Services; supporting the team in sourcing new qualified vendors for tender invitations and onboarding in the Ariba system; assisting in the preparation of contract documents for awarded vendors; creating Purchase Orders and Variation Orders in the SAP system; and performing ad-hoc and administrative duties as assigned.
