KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in conducting employee personal file audits.

Check files against the standard personal file checklist.

Record missing and incomplete documents in the audit tracker.

Coordinate with HR team members to complete outstanding documentation.

Support scanning, filing, labelling, and organizing employee records.

Maintain accurate audit records and prepare regular progress updates

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or any related field
