Additionally, we are looking for students who are:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree/or equivalent in Business Management, Project Management, Sports Management, or a related field

Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Foster effective teamwork, act with courage, embraces change, and continuously growing through feedback, reflection and an athlete mindset

Demonstrate curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply new tools responsibly

Passionate about sport, athlete experiences, and driving operational excellence

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, identify opportunities, and take ownership

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP YOU MUST

Be enrolled as a student for the full duration of the internship at a university or higher education institution

Be available for a full-time, six-month internship, starting on 1 February 2027

Be able to work in a hybrid model, spending three days per week at our Nike Inc EHQ Campus (Colosseum 1, 1213 Hilversum, Netherlands) and two days from home

You are currently enrolled in a full-time study program at a Dutch university (HBO or WO level), regardless of your nationality OR You hold EU/EEA citizenship and are enrolled in a university outside the Netherlands

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As an Athlete Training & Service Intern, you'll help elevate the athlete* experience by supporting training programs, learning initiatives, and operational excellence across EMEA. You'll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver impactful learning experiences and help shape the future of athlete training.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training programs and learning experiences

Partner with stakeholders to manage program operations, communications, and training readiness

Leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance training delivery, tracking, and engagement

Contribute to planning processes and help ensure the successful execution of training initiatives

Identify opportunities to improve the athlete* learning experience through continuous innovation and operational excellence
