Student Worker - Lifeguard, Fitness and Recreational Sports

The University of Nevada, Reno is recruiting a Student Worker to serve as a Fitness and Recreational Sports Lifeguard at the Lombardi pool. Responsibilities include enforcing aquatic program policies, responding to water and medical emergencies, setting up and breaking down for special programs, conducting general pool maintenance, and supporting supervisors. Schedule includes some evenings and weekends; expected hours per week are 10-20. Compensation is $14.25/hr. Requirements include enrollment as a UNR student (minimum 2.0 GPA), Lifeguard Red Cross Certification, and CPR (provided by FRS if needed). Preferred qualifications mention Work Study eligibility.
