Job Summary As the Business Analyst Intern, you will be responsible for working with the project leaders to support the gathering, analyzing and recommending business requirements for functional and non-functional projects.

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern to support project leaders in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for functional and non-functional projects. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with business analysis processes, collaborate with project teams and stakeholders, and develop foundational skills using business analysis tools and techniques.

The internship dates are June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027. This internship is a full-time opportunity and is hybrid, requiring three days per week in Newark, DE.

What You'll Do

Work with project leaders to support the gathering, analysis, and recommendation of business requirements for functional and non-functional projects

Collaborate with the project team and internal and external stakeholders to help ensure customer expectations are achieved

Elicit and document business requirements and business processes

Learn to utilize project tools and techniques foundational to business analysis

Develop an understanding of business analysis functions, systems, and processes

Assist with the development of policies and procedures related to business analysis

What You'll Need

Required:

Currently enrolled in a college degree program pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher

Physical Demands

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time

Ability to conduct tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor
